Recruitment – Through HRMS you can Auto-Generate offer/appointment letter with auto creation of salary structure basis total CTC. Simultaneously auto-welcome mail has been shouted through system to all employees once an newjoineeis on board. It has a special feature of uploading /managing the employee documents for future reference.

Statutory Compliance – This robust system has a special feature for Auto calculation of TDS, PF and ESIC component.

Salary processing – This includesAuto Calculation of Monthly Salary post updation of Attendance, Bonus, Incentive & Adjustments. Feature of Advance payments and their adjustment from employee Monthly Salary .Amin can view the Salary Structures and Salary slips of every employee for any month.

Leaves Admin can view or deduct the leave balance for all categories for all employees (for details you can refer attached pdf file)

MIS – Employee can View his/her Salary structure for any financial year and Can download the salary slip for any month for any working year from this option.

Leave Record – Employee can view and apply leaves through this module

Payroll – Employee can View his/her Salary structure for any financial year and Can download the salary slip for any month for any working year from this option.

HR Policy – Employee can download the salary slip for any month for any working year from this option.
